Our service area includes Cranbrook, Kimberley, and the surrounding East Kootenay region. For locations outside this area, an additional mileage fee may apply — we’ll quote this up front before scheduling.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and Interac e-Transfer.
Payment is typically processed at the time of the visit, or in some cases (such as euthanasia appointments) before the visit so that you can focus fully on your pet.
